Order Cancellation Policy

At PetDeck.store, we understand that sometimes plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be flexible and fair for both you and our fulfillment process.
🕒 Order Cancellation Window
- You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it — no questions asked.
- After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing or shipped and cannot be canceled.
📩 How to Request Cancellation
To cancel your order within the 12-hour window:
- Email us at support@petdeck.store
- Include your Order Number and reason for cancellation (optional)
We’ll confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund within 1–7 business days to your original payment method.
🚫 Late Cancellation Requests
If you contact us after 12 hours, we will try our best to accommodate your request. However:
- If the order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it.
- You may need to wait for the item to arrive and request a return instead (per our Return Policy).
🔁 Accidental Duplicate Orders
If you placed a duplicate order by mistake, notify us within 12 hours. We’ll cancel the duplicate and refund it in full.
