At PetDeck.store, we want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase! If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.


🔁 Return Window

You may request a return within 2–3 days of receiving your order.


📦 Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (order number)
  • Request must be made within the return window

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Pet grooming or hygiene items (e.g., brushes, shampoos)
  • Perishable items (e.g., pet treats)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Customized or personalized items

💰 Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–15 business days
  • If applicable, shipping charges may be non-refundable

🔄 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be:

  • Paid by PetDeck.store if item is defective, damaged, or wrong
  • Paid by customer if returned for other reasons (e.g., change of mind)

We will provide the return address after approval of your return request.


⚠️ Damaged / Defective Items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll investigate and issue a refund or replacement where appropriate.


Unauthorized Returns

Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.
